Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 September 2026
1. What Kharchly is
Kharchly is a personal record-keeping tool. It helps you write down income, spending, repeating bills and investments, and reminds you when bills are due. It is a notebook with a good memory — not a bank, broker, advisor or tax service.
2. Your account
You sign up with a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for the entries in your account. One account is meant for one person or household.
3. Your data stays yours
You can edit or delete any entry at any time, and you can delete your whole account from the Profile page. Deletion is permanent and removes all your records.
4. Fair use
Please don't try to break into the service, read someone else's data, or use Kharchly for anything unlawful. Accounts that abuse the service may be closed.
5. Accuracy
Reports, totals and reminders are only as accurate as what you enter. Receipt scanning is a helping hand — always check the amount and date before saving.
6. Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so inside the app before the change takes effect.
